Fostering a collaboration culture

The Anecdote Blog has put together a nice post on "How to create/foster a culture of collaboration" They have included a series of eight steps, which are:

  • Appoint a collaboration co-ordinator
  • Create a network of collaboration supporters
  • Help people understand the process of collaboration
  • Ensure the Collaboration Co-ordinator reports regularly to senior leaders
  • Get the most from your collaboration tools
  • Start communities of practice
  • Promote good collaborators and hold back bad collaborators
  • Practice collaborating for when a crises occurs
